About Me

I am a multiple award-winning writer currently using my 20 plus years of gaming experience and her content creation skills to develop mobile games at Vueality. My latest game — Crayola Fashion Superstar — is available for iOS and Android now.

I have been a journalist since high school and a professional writer for the last 10 years. I have won more than 30 awards for my writing, editing, and graphic design skills — lending my abilities to Bustle.com, Remeshed.com, Disney Interactive’s Babble.com, ULife.com, the Roundup Newspaper and more.

My background in marketing and social media makes me very comfortable crafting branded content for both internal and customer facing platforms. I’ve helped develop and maintain the brand voices of The Office Stylist, Gilt Design Group, and GameScribes, among others.

Along with my professional credentials, I am also the co-founder of the Geekie Award-winning Wrong Button Blog, a geek news and culture blog, and the host of the Fan Theories and Wednesday in Westeros podcasts.

I attended California State University, Northridge as a Journalism major, Religious Studies minor and Pierce College in Los Angeles. I currently live in the San Fernando Valley with my partner, Peter, and our two cats and border collie.
